Labor markets and trading frictions
My work aims at gaining a better understanding of labor markets, and more generally of markets affected by trading frictions, using both applied theory and applied econometrics — often combined through structural econometric modelling. My research addresses the determinants of wages, career development, the efficiency of labor reallocation, and the impact of policy on labor market equilibrium.
